How do I pay rent?
Log into your online portal to pay your rent. If you are not yet registered, please create an account here! -
How do I submit a maintenance request?
Please submit a maintenance request through the tenant portal.- From the Home or Maintenance tab, click Request Maintenance.
- Enter a detailed description of the issue, upload one or more photos of the item needing attention, give the property manager permission to enter with their key, then click Submit Request.

Can you hold a place before I apply?
No, we will have you apply and be approved before placing your deposit to hold the unit. -
Do I pay the first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
Once your application is approved, you will have the opportunity to pay your security deposit and schedule your move in. Your first month’s rent will be due upon move-in. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
All occupants 18 years of age and older must complete an application. -
Is the deposit refundable?
The deposit is not refundable unless your application is denied. -
Who needs a cosigner?
We do not accept cosigners. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
Applications can be submitted on our website. -
I want to get a pet. What should I do?
First, you will need to contact your Property Manager to verify if the property you are renting accepts animals. From there, you will complete an animal profile through PetScreening.com.There is a non-refundable pet fee of $300.00 due immediately. A monthly pet rent will be due and is based on your Pet Score through PetScreening.com. -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What should I do?
Contact your Property Manager. The remaining resident must meet the income requirements in order to remove you from the lease. There is a fee of $75 to change tenants on the lease. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What should I do?
Log onto your online portal and submit a 30 day notice to vacate or you can send an email to info@setxmanage.com. Be sure to list your forwarding address. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
Repairs due to normal wear and tear will be at the owner's expense unless otherwise stated in your lease. If a technician finds that there are damages beyond normal wear and tear or due to the tenant, occupants, or tenants guests, the tenant will be responsible for the repair.
